Information page

The NFI handles your personal data with care. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the European law that sets rules on how we process personal data.

What is personal data?

Personal data is information that relates to a person or can be traced back to you. Examples include:

  • your email address
  • your phone number
  • other contact details

When do we process your personal data?

We usually process your personal data when you contact us and provide personal information. For example, when you fill in a contact form or send us an email. The contact form provides more information about how we process your data.

How long do we keep personal data?

We do not keep personal data longer than necessary. We only use your data for the purpose for which you provided it, for example, to answer a question. After use, your data is deleted. We do not share your data for commercial purposes.

What rights do you have?

The GDPR sets out when we are allowed to process your data and what rights you have. You can submit a request to us if you wish to exercise these rights.
